Katie Shriver

Katie has more than two decades of experience working in public policy.  She has served as staff to elected officials at the state, local, and federal levels; lobbied on behalf of a labor union; and advised philanthropic organizations about their public policy goals. Through these roles she has earned a deep understanding of the factors that will help a policy succeed. Katie loves working with clients to learn about their public policy goals, develop a practical plan to meet those goals, and do the work to turn the goal into reality.  She has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University. 

Jeff Scroggin

Jeff fosters a deep passion for healthcare public policy and health equity in Oregon. His career is characterized by a drive to enact positive change and do the right thing. Prior to his endeavors in public policy, Jeff served in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant. Following his service, he pursued higher education at the University of Oregon, where he secured a BA in History and a minor in Political Science. Jeff started his professional journey in Southern Oregon as the campaign field lead there for Gov. Dr. John Kitzhaber and, thereafter served, as the lead aide for State Senator Dr. Alan Bates. He is proud of his decade-long service at the Oregon Health Authority as a Senior Policy Advisor, lead staff for the Oregon Health Policy Board, and Director of Government Relations.
